Problems to log in without domain connection

I am having an strange issue.
When I am not connecting to the domain (trough wifi or wired) I can not log on in any machine with an user.
But if I try with a diferent user, I can log in without connection.

I am investigating the problem, and I found an intrasting blog where explain all tha cashe configuration in Windows 7
